Business Simulation employs a unique problem solving approach to learning that places participants in realistic,
problem based scenarios.
By reasoning through these situations, participants learn and adopt the behaviors that
will enable them to run their banking business more successfully. The program combines group discussions and
exercises with the simulation to make sure the immediate application of new skills on the job.
After each year of the simulation, competing teams received feedback and analysis on
their performance in running a bank.
The solution can be used as a stand alone program or as a module in a more extensive
training program.
