Coaching for Growth
Coaching for Growth helps participants improve their ability to forge the links between employees' values, their roles, and their place within the organization's strategy and success. Theory alone is not enough to drive change. Our interactive, computer-based simulation allows participants to apply their coaching skills in a typical work environment. This focus on experiential learning ensures repeated application and improved retention of our core teachings. Participants are challenged to effectively coach their teams through a four-stage "change response" process. Existing client change initiatives are woven throughout the learning experience.
