Coaching for Growth helps participants improve their ability to
forge the links between employees' values, their roles, and

Theory alone is not enough to drive change. Our interactive,
computer-based simulation allows participants to apply their
coaching skills in a typical work environment. This focus on
experiential learning ensures repeated application and improved

Tempo is an innovative, full-day experiential workshop for managers
that help them better understand the nature of change from both
their own personal perspective and as it impacts their
challenges as a manager. Participants are challenged to
effectively coach their teams through a four-stage "change
response" process. Existing client change initiatives are woven
throughout the learning experience.

Making Conflict Work helps individuals view conflict as an

conflict-positive business environment. The program introduces
new methods to help participants diagnose various levels of
