Our Operational Excellence & Project Leadership capability is built upon 20+ years of experience and thought leadership.

Our research shows that most operational excellence initiatives do not achieve their intended objectives because people within the organization do not understand why the initiative is necessary, how to execute effectively, and, most importantly, they don’t have the appropriate project leadership and teaming skills required. Our research into why all projects fail also points to a lack of important leadership and business skills for project managers.

Our approach to building operational excellence and improving all projects in general is based on two fundamental tenets: First, give managers the appropriate leadership skills to motivate their team and navigate the organizational landscape for success.
