Who we Seek
We currently seek a Receptionist for our Scottsdale,
AZ location. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager.
The Receptionist will anticipate the needs of customers/guests in a timely fashion
and be instrumental in creating an environment and executing service that is second
to none. The Receptionist will seek opportunities to create memories by
anticipating needs, exceeding expectations and building relationships. Duties will
also include preparing correspondence, memos and reports, as well as assisting in
the coordination of projects. Global awareness, attention to detail, and
interpersonal astuteness are key factors for the position.
Responsibilities include
- Approach all encounters with customers, guests and fellow employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous and service-oriented manner
- Meeting management and scheduling (to include catered meals, supplies, etc.)
- Arrange for special customer/guest requests to include airline reservations, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, tickets to major events, etc.
- Make and confirm reservations for all customer/guests special events, dining, etc.
- Work productively with limited direction and/or supervision
- General office support
- Arrange for maintenance and repair of building facilities as needed
- Manage the phone system (effectively answering and relaying messages)
- Preparation of weekly announcements
- Prepare and track facilitator follow-up on a weekly basis
Ideal Candidates will have
- Must be able to prioritize and carry out duties with minimal supervision
- Experience working for senior leadership
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Great facility with Microsoft Office suite
